Callum Patterson

Deputy Director

Callum has been instrumental in the delivery of procurement reform programmes for our clients. These include: the design and implementation of a centralised procurement function for one of FMA’s international clients; a comprehensive review of procurement policies for state owned enterprises for a Central Asian client; and the development of joint procurement category strategies for a Middle Eastern client.

Prior to FMA, Callum ran procurement organisational transformation programmes for fortune 500 companies whilst working for the leading procurement consultancy firm GEP. Most notably he led the transformation of a 600 strong German procurement organisation for a major pharmaceutical manufacturer, during their transition to a centralised global procurement organisation.

Callum graduated from the University of York with a degree in Economics & Economic History.
