Gerry Duignan

Gerry leads FMA’s Commercial & Procurement work. He has over 10 years’ experience in government procurement, and has earned an impressive record of procurement savings for various government ministries, including the Ministry of Housing and the Department for the Environment. Gerry also played a key role in the design and build of the commercial function for the new Department of International Trade, which was nominated for a Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply award in 2019.

Since joining FMA, Gerry has led procurement and commercial management activity for our clients. He has been critical to the successful renegotiation of commercial contracts on behalf of governments in the Middle East, delivering multi million dollar savings. In addition to this Gerry is leading work on building our client’s procurement functions to enable them to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes independently.
