Simone Finn

Baroness Finn of Swansea

Founder and Co-Chairman

Simone founded FMA with Francis Maude in 2016. As co-chair, she takes a hands-on role in business development and client management.

Simone recently returned to FMA following her tenure in the UK Government as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister, and Non-Executive Director to the Cabinet Office.

Before co-founding FMA, Simone was Francis’s Special Adviser in the Cabinet Office. Together they presided over functional reforms which saved the UK Government over £52 billion, improved services and built lasting capability.

Simone was appointed to the House of Lords in 2015, and sits as the Conservative member of the Committee on Standards in Public Life.
