Leo Gallagher

Analyst

Leo works within FMA's public finance team supporting clients to implement effective budgeting and helping Ministers of Finance work towards national climate commitments. He also works as part of the utilities team, helping clients to achieve affordable, secure and environmentally friendly utility supplies.

Previous to FMA, Leo graduated with a degree in Physics from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, having published influential research into the impact of aviation on climate change in his final year.
