Analyst

Role summary

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and capable individual to join our team. Analysts are normally recent graduates, or people joining the consulting sector for the first time.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for completing a range of responsibilities, as outlined below. You will need to be willing to travel regularly, have strong analytical and research skills and be able to draft briefings and minutes to the highest standards. At FMA you will learn to apply quantitative and qualitative methodologies and will develop the core skills to run research projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Frequent business travel

  • Conduct and manage quantitative and qualitative research projects

  • Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation with rigour and drive to uncover the insights that can unlock key management information

  • Ensure data is in a format which is manageable and useful

  • Present research findings in a clear, concise and confident manner

  • Work very closely with client officials both on the ground and remotely

  • Service client accounts with day-to-day needs and ad hoc analysis requirements in a timely and efficient manner

  • Contribute to new business pitches, proposals and presentations

  • General administrative duties, such as coordinating meetings, travel and social events

  • Fluency in foreign languages - particularly Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese - is highly desirable, but not essential
