Using a bespoke set of FMA developed tools, our opportunity assessment service is designed to act as the foundation for any procurement change management programme. It’s specifically designed to identify opportunities not just for short term savings, but also for long term structural reform.

Our typical opportunity assessment is an intensive four week process of stakeholder interviews and desktop analysis, during which our team are embedded with the client to ensure as much information as possible can be gathered. Out of which we will benchmark any organisation, regardless of their current maturity levels, and develop a set of tailored opportunities for further consideration.
