Benchmarking

Our Investment Environment Benchmarking service is designed to evaluate a government client’s capabilities and competitive positioning for attracting investment, in order to provide a current state report that will act as the foundation for a bespoke investment strategy and implementation plan. We will subsequently develop and deliver this plan alongside the client.

To produce this report, our experts will employ a combination of data collection methods including investor surveys, process and institution mapping and interviews with officials. The client’s capabilities in the following areas will be benchmarked against its regional and where appropriate global competitors:
