Regional Advisor for the Caribbean
Arielle Salvary is a consultant with expertise in public sector transformation, economic development, and digital transformation. As the Regional Advisor for the Caribbean at Francis Maude Associates, she advises our Caribbean clients in the design and implementation of strategies and reforms ensuring that they are tailored to the region's unique socio-economic contexts.
Previously, as a Consulting Analyst at FMA, she designed and implemented a financial inclusion pilot project in the Middle East and shaped a public sector transformation roadmap for a government in the Caribbean. Her work spans multiple regions across the globe, where she has provided data-driven insights and actionable strategies to enhance government performance.
In addition to her consulting work, Arielle has excelled in business development, helping to identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships in the Caribbean.
She holds an MSc in International Development and Economics from the University of Bath and a BSc. in International Relations with a Minor in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
Arielle is also a One Young World Ambassador and the founder of Sunday Market Network, a non-profit promoting youth engagement in politics in Trinidad and Tobago.
