Francis on The City View

This week Francis was the guest speaker on The City View - City AM’s Daily Podcast.

Francis, who was a signatory to the Maastricht Treaty in 1992, talks about the ongoing Brexit negotiations, stating he has no doubt that the UK Government’s strong preference is to leave with a deal.

As the architect behind civil service reforms between 2010-2015, Francis also offers insight into the current efforts from Boris Johnson’s Government to improve the quality and efficiency of Whitehall.
