Prespa Forum Dialogue

Francis is delighted to be attending the Prespa Forum Dialogue (PFD) in Ohrid from the 1st - 2nd July. The PFD was created by the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia to enable countries, leaders, organizations, and citizens to build long-term relationships and strengthen partnerships. The PFD aims to inspire and promote good-neighbourly relations and cooperation.

International Design in Government Conference

Lord Maude was the keynote speaker at the International Design in Government Conference in Rotterdam last November. The event brought together the leading figures from around the world to discuss service design, user centred design and inclusive design within digital government.

53rd ICA Conference Seamless Government ‘Anticipating Citizens Needs’

Lord Maude took part in last year's 53rd ICA Conference in Bucharest, Romania. From the 23rd to 26th of September, Keynote speakers from around the globe delivered their presentations on the topic area of “Seamless Government & Anticipating Citizens Needs”. Lord Maude’s session covered the topic of ‘Proactive Personalisation of Government Services’ - ‘Leaving No One Behind’
